Stephanie's Hoop Story:
I missed out as a child on knowing how to keep the hoop up, however I could do a mean Walk-the-dog. I figured out how to waist hoop as an adult - sort of, let's just say I wasn't winning any competitions. At new year's 2018 I was fortunate to take a hoop workshop with Carrie-Lyn (Hooptastic). She fit me with an adult sized professional hoop and I was hooked on hoop dance. Fast forward to June 1st and I am now a certified hoop coach and can do so much more than just waist hoop! But best of all is I no longer feel like I could visit the chiropractor every day! What will your hoop journey be? |

Now married and a mother of three, Stephanie embraces the early years through in-home childcare and instructing preschool dance/acrobatics classes.
